Talshyn Tokyzhanova is a MSCA ITN fellow at the Tallinn University of Technology, researching informal economies in post-soviet regions.

She received her Master’s degree in Economic Developmental Programming from University of Southern California.

Prior to joining the Taltech, Talshyn was a lecturer at Suleyman Demirel university (Almaty, Kazakhstan) for several years.
